How do I delete an advisory?

This article explains how to remove unwanted advisories e.g. those created in error.

Once an advisory has been removed it cannot be retrieved. It must be manually recreated if it is removed in error.

From a unit record

Go to " Unit Sales Add or Edit Units"

• Search for the relevant unit.
• Click [Edit].
• Select the [Service] tab.
• Click [Advisories].
• Select the advisory to remove and click [Remove].
• Click [Yes to confirm you wish to remove i.e. delete the advisory.
• Click {Button].

You may also remove unwanted advisories whilst creating a jobcard. Create the jobcard as normal then select the [Advisories] button. Follow the steps above.
