How do I delete an advisory?

This article explains how to remove unwanted advisories, e.g. those created in error.

 | Once an advisory has been removed, it cannot be retrieved. It must be manually recreated if it is removed in error. |
From a unit record
Go to " Unit Sales Add or Edit Units".
- Search for the relevant unit.
- Click [Edit].
- Select the [Service] tab.
- Click [Advisories].
- Select the advisory to remove and click [Remove].
- Click [Yes] to confirm you wish to remove i.e. delete the advisory.
- Click [Close].
 | You may also remove unwanted advisories whilst creating a jobcard. Create the jobcard as normal then select the [Advisories] button. Follow the steps above. |
