Summary

Follow these instructions to run a report to view current Loyalty Card balances in Points and Value.

More Information

Go to " Reports & Settings Reports Accounts Report Generator".

  • Type 'Balance' and click [Search].

Balance per Card - Points

  • Click <Start>.

Balance per Card - Value

  • Click <Start>.
  • Each report shows:
    • Customer Name
    • Loyalty Card Number
    • Date the card was Issued
    • Current balance in Points or in Value
  • Click [Start] to view the report on screen.
  • The buttons at the top of the screen allow you to [Print] or [Open in web browser].
