Summary
Follow these instructions to run a report to view current Loyalty Card balances in Points and Value.
More Information
Go to " Reports & Settings Reports Accounts Report Generator".
- Type 'Balance' and click [Search].
Balance per Card - Points
- Click <Start>.
Balance per Card - Value
- Click <Start>.
- Each report shows:
- Customer Name
- Loyalty Card Number
- Date the card was Issued
- Current balance in Points or in Value
- Click [Start] to view the report on screen.
- The buttons at the top of the screen allow you to [Print] or [Open in web browser].
