How do I view loyalty points that have expired?

Summary
This report will display the number of expired points per Loyalty cards. It will look at the current month and check the "Loyalty Point Lifetime" setting to see how long points are valid for.

The "Loyalty Point Lifetime" setting is set in the Loyalty Scheme Settings - see How do I set up a Customer Loyalty Scheme?.
Go to " Reports & Settings Reports Accounts Report Generator".
- Type 'Expired' and click [Search].
- Highlight the report to run and click <Start>.
- Enter the date range.
Expired Loyalty Points
This report will look at the current date to display points which have now expired.
- Click [Start] to view the report on screen.
- The buttons at the top of the screen allow you to [Print] or [Open in web browser].
Expired Loyalty Points - Value
This report will look at the current date to display the value of points which have now expired.
- Click [Start] to view the report on screen.
- The buttons at the top of the screen allow you to [Print] or [Open in web browser].
When will Points Expire?
This report lists all cards and summarises by month when their points will expire.
- Click [Start] to view the report on screen.

Specific Card Points Expire?
You must enter the exact Loyalty Card number, without the leading characters e.g. 'LOY00000153' would be entered as '00000153'.
- Click [Start] to view the report on screen.

Customer Points Expire?
Enter a customer Account Code or press <Ctrl+F1> to launch a search window. Type in part of the name you wish to search for (e.g. 'Bloggs' for Mr Joe Bloggs) in the search on box.
- Click [Start] to view the report on screen.
- The buttons at the top of the screen allow you to [Print] or [Open in web browser].
