More Information
 | Units: Unit is a general term used to cover all types of vehicle and machinery, including items such as motorcycles, scooters, cars, trucks, vans, caravans, motorhomes, boats, tractors, ATVs, agricultural equipment, wholegoods and construction equipment. |
For your Used Units to appear on Visordown, MotorcycleSuperMarket and Auto Trader websites, your units will need at least the following information filled in :
- Manufacturer
- Description
- Engine Size
- Colour
- Reg. Date
- Mileage
- Price
- Used only
| Your units MUST have the Catalyst FindIt tick, and the tick for the third party website, enabled in the Web Publishing Tab on the unit record. |

Own Website
Your own website can be populated with the units you are advertising on Catalyst FindIt. You will need to give them permission to request the units and enable the link for them to do so. Bike-Shack
The Bike-Shack aim to provide the best website in the UK for both motorcycle enthusiasts and motorcycle dealers to buy and sell their bikes quickly and hassle free. They focus only motorcycles and scooters.
If you discover that your used units are not appearing on bike-shack and you have checked that the fields listed above have been filled in and the "Bike-shack" tick is enabled on the Web Publishing tab, you will also need to check that your units are on the Catalyst FindIt website.

If after these checks, the units are still not on bike-shack then you will need to contact enquiries@bike-shack.com.
Visordown
Visordown's website is the UK's biggest motorcycle community, which also offers a classified adds section.
They have now been taken over by Crash Media Group (CRA012) but are retaining the Visordown name.
If you discover that your used units are not appearing on Visordown and you have checked that the fields listed above have been filled in and the "Visordown" tick is enabled on the Web Publishing tab, you will also need to check that your units are on the Catalyst FindIt website.

If after these checks, the units are still not on Visordown then you will need to contact support at Visordown.
Bike Catcher
If you discover that your used bikes are not appearing on the bikecatcher and you have checked the fields listed above are all filled in and your unit is being uploaded to and displayed on FindIt, then you will need to make sure that the unit has been enabled to upload to "Bike Catcher" on the Web Publishing tab.
If after these checks, your units are still not appearing on Bike Catcher then you will need to contact support at Bike Catcher.
MCN
If you upload to MCN and you discover that your units are not appearing and you have checked that the units are correctly entered in Platinum and that they are enabled for Catalyst FindIt and also flagged for "MCN" on the Web Publishing tab, you will also need to check that your units are on the Catalyst FindIt website.
If after all this the units are still not appearing then you will need to contact your MCN account manager.
MotorcycleSupermarket
The Website's Slogan is 'everything under the helmet' including parts, accessories and clothing allowing you to shop in complete confidence from some of the UK's top suppliers.
If you discover that your used units are not appearing on MotorcycleSupermarket.com and you have checked that the fields listed above have been filled in and the "Motorcycle Supermarket" tick is enabled on the Web Publishing tab, you will also need to check that your units are on the Catalyst FindIt website.

Auto Trader

eBay Motors Pro
eBay Motors Pro is fast becoming the advertising website of choice for bike dealers in the UK. Both new and used bikes, cars, caravans and motorhomes can be advertised on eBay through Catalyst FindIt and eBay Motors Pro.

If after these checks, the units are still not on eBay then you will need to contact eBay Motors Pro support.
Exchange and Mart
The Website has the ability to search for all types of units both new and used.
If you discover that your used units are not appearing on Exchange and Mart and you have checked that the fields listed above have been filled in and the "Exchange and Mart" tick is enabled on the Web Publishing tab, you will also need to check that your units are on the Catalyst FindIt website.
If after these checks, the units are still not on Exchange and Mart then you will need to contact support at Exchange and Mart.
Trader Farm or Trader Caravan or Trader Motorhomes

If you discover that your used units are not appearing on Trader Farm, Trader Caravans or Trader Motorhomes and you have checked that the fields listed above have been filled in and that both the tick for Catalyst FindIt and the tick for the "Trader Farm, Caravan/Motorhome" is enabled on the Web Publishing tab, you will also need to check that your units are on the Catalyst FindIt website.
If after these checks, the units are still not on either Trader Farm, Trader Caravans or Trader Motorhomes then you will need to contact your Account Manager at AutoTrader.
Practical Caravan

If you discover that your caravans are not appearing on the Practical Caravan and you have checked the fields listed above are all filled in and your unit is being uploaded to and displayed on FindIt, then you will need to make sure that the unit has been enabled to upload to "Practical Caravan" on the Web Publishing tab.
If after these checks, your units are still not appearing on Practical Caravan then you will need to contact support at Practical Caravan.
