The " Retention Centre" is a hub to automate and simplify regular actions required to maintain good customer relations. As this is a convenient one-button click to process all actions, it is sensible to print out the list of all actions due before you process all the items. This is handy but shows these as an "Action No.". The "Action No." details are explained below.
Workshop Retention Centre
- "Retention Centre Action No." 1.
- This action is used for the Workshop and it is the '1st Workshop Reminder'. By default it is set to look for units with either a Service or an M.O.T. date or both Service and M.O.T. date from '60-50 days' from today's date and will send a reminder.
- "Retention Centre Action No." 2.
- This action is used for the Workshop and it is the '2nd Workshop Reminder'. By default it is set to look for units with either a Service or an M.O.T. Date or both Service and M.O.T. date from '40-30 days' from today's date and will send a reminder.
- "Retention Centre Action No." 3.
- "Retention Centre Action No." 4.
- "Retention Centre Action No." 5.
- "Retention Centre Action No." 6.
- This action is used for the Workshop and it is the 'W'shop Rem Prospect Contact'. By default it is set to create a prospect contact from '1-14 days' prior to today's date for any missed actions.
Customer Retention Centre
- "Retention Centre Action No." 7.
- This action is used in Reports & Settings and it is 'Birthday Wishes'. By default it is set to look for customers' birthdays from '3-1 days' from today's date and sends a birthday wish.
- "Retention Centre Action No." 8.
- This action is used in Reports & Settings and it is 'Christmas Greetings'. By default it is set to check if the date is '3-1 days' from 25th December and will send out Christmas greetings.
Unit Sales Retention Centre
- "Retention Centre Action No." 9.
- This action is used for the Unit Sales and it is the 'Unit Sales Thank You'. By default it is set to look for units sold from '7-14 days' prior to today's date and will thank the customer for purchasing the unit from you and check that the experience was pleasurable.
- "Retention Centre Action No." 10.
- This action is used for the Unit Sales and it is the '1st Sale Follow Up'. By default it is set to look for units sold from '30-60 days' prior to today's date and will send a courtesy message to check that the unit sold is as good today as it was when sold.
- "Retention Centre Action No." 11.
- This action is used for the Unit Sales and it is the '2nd Sale Follow Up'. By default it is set to look for units sold from '360-367 days' prior to today's date and will send a courtesy message a year after the initial sale.
- "Retention Centre Action No." 12.
- This action is used for the Unit Sales and it is the '3rd Sale Follow Up'. By default it is set to look for units sold from '725-732 days' prior to today's date and will send a courtesy message 2 years after the initial sale as well as remind the customer of your extensive range of new and used units.
- "Retention Centre Action No." 13.
- This action is used for the Unit Sales and it is the '4th Sale Follow Up'. By default it is set to look for units sold from '1090-1097 days' prior to today's date and will send a courtesy message 3 years after the initial sale as well as remind the customer of your extensive range of new and used units.
- "Retention Centre Action No." 14.
- This action is used for the Unit Sales and it is the 'Warranty Expiry Reminder'. By default it is set to look for units which have a warranty expiry date '30-20 days' from today's date and will send a reminder that their warranty is due to expire and offer an extended warranty.
- "Retention Centre Action No." 15.
- This action is used for the Unit Sales and it is the 'Finance End Contract'. By default it is set to look for units which have a "Last Payment" date '30-20 days' from today's date and will notify the customer that their finance is due to come to term and also remind the customer of your extensive range of new and used units.
