ST61 - Notes/Sales Text (Stock Control Data Import variable)

Syntax

ST61{1-5, E/S/A}

Description

This variable has three uses, in that it can be used to import brief notes concerning the stock item, or by adding the second parameter "E", it can be used to import the item's general extra notes, by adding the second parameter "S", it can be used to import the item's sales text notes, or by specifying "A" import the alert popup text.

Parameters

1-5

A numeric parameter that can be omitted (it defaults to "1").

There may be up to 5 lines of brief notes, with up to 40 characters per line, assigned to each stock item.

E/S/A

A text parameter that can be omitted.

Alternatively - by using the second parameter, this allows access to up to 999 lines, with 60 characters per line.

E

Extra notes.

S

Sales text notes.

A

Alert popup notes.

Value

A text value whose typical size is 40 characters.
