Summary
When you have chosen your Pension Provider for Auto Enrolment, you will need to decide how to provide them with your Pension Contribution information.

Manual Entry
You will need to add the Pensions Contributions report to your End of Period reports menu.
- Go to " Payroll Maintenance Options Payroll Settings Report Details End of Period".
- Move down the "Type" column to the next free line.
- Type 'S' and press <Enter>.
- In the "Code" column, enter 'AUT'.
- Press <Enter> and press <Esc> to exit the screen.

People's Pension
If you wish to output a file for uploading to The People's Pension, Contact your Platinum dealer or our sales team on 0116 230 1500 or by using our website sales contact page.
The file that can be output from Platinum meets their 'Data Requirements - Full File Specification'. Click here to view this file on The People's Pension website.
NOW Pensions
If you wish to output a file for uploading to NOW Pensions, Contact your Platinum dealer or our sales team on 0116 230 1500 or by using our website sales contact page.
The file that can be output from Platinum meets their specification for a 'Generic Input File - Payroll Assessed'. Click here to view this file on their website.
NEST
If you wish to complete a Macro Enabled file for uploading to NEST, follow the instructions for Manual Entry to produce the 'Pensions Contribution' report. Using the information on this report you will be able to complete the Macro Enabled file.

Alternatively use the information on the 'Pensions Contribution' report to manually enter pension contributions on NEST. This article may assist.
Royal London
If you wish to output a file for uploading to Royal London, Contact your Platinum dealer or our sales team on 0116 230 1500 or by using our website sales contact page.

Please specify if you intend to upload one file per period or a combined file for multiple periods, e.g if you pay weekly, are you sending one file per week or one file for the tax month covering more than one week?
