Before you can start placing electronic orders with a supplier using Club Catalyst, you will need to have a Catalyst Findit account set up.
Contact your Platinum dealer or our support team on 0116 230 1500 or by using our website support contact page.
Once this is done, you will need to obtain the supplier's "Club Catalyst ID" ("CCI"), and to provide them with your own "Club Catalyst ID". This article describes where you can find the 'CCI' for your Platinum installation.
Your system "CCI" may be found once you are logged into your Platinum system by clicking on " Help About Platinum Club Catalyst". Listed here will be the 'CCI' values for each site on your system.
