How do I change the local currency value of a transaction?

The method is the same for both Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger but the references in this article will be to Sales Ledger.
- Go to " Sales Ledger Customer History".
- Find the customer that you want.
- Press <Enter> twice to pull up the account.
- Find the transaction that you want to change.
- Press <Alt+E> to invoke the currency exchange.
- At the bottom of the window, you will see an Account Details box.
- Click twice on the Customer line.
- The transactions on the account will be displayed with the amounts and a rolling balance in the local currency, and the base currency equivalents shown on the right hand side of the screen.
- Transactions for the past 12 months are displayed in both your home and foreign currencies.
To view older transactions press <F5>. |
- Edit the local currency amounts as necessary.
- Click [Value Correct/Unverified] to lock the value.
Repeat the editing for any other transactions and then exit from the screens.
