Loyalty Card Maintenance allows you to find card details using the card number, customer name or account code. You can even view all cards issued. This is a useful option if you have a card handed in.

Search

Go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator Module Settings Customer Loyalty Loyalty Card Maintenance".

• Enter the Card number (with or without the leading characters), the Customer's Account Code or enter text to search on e.g. part of the customer's name.
• Click [Search].
• Alternatively leave all fields blank and click [Search] to list all Loyalty Cards that have been issued.

Print results

If you wish to print the results, click the print icon at the top of the screen or press <Ctrl+P>.

• Select [Print] for a printed list or choose [Excel] or [CSV] to create a file.
