This article explains how to send MOT reminders from the Workshop.
More Information
- Go to " Workshop Workshop Mailshots".
- You will be presented with a list of Standard Unit mailshots on the system.
- Select either "Workshop MOT Reminder" or "Workshop MOT Reminder+Label" if you need address labels for the Mailshot letters.
- Click [Start].
- Enter the Name of the Service Manager (or the person who will be signing the letters).
- Enter the From and To dates for the MOT reminders you want.
- Click [Start].
