More Information
In the Sales Prospecting system you can record contact notes against a prospect so that you are able to review what details have been discussed with prospective customers. Your 'Prospects Due' list will always show the next contact that is due.
The contact due message will remain in this list until you 'Clear Future Contact Information'. |
Go to " Sales Prospecting Prospecting Contacts Due". Follow this article for instructions on how to use this option.
Record a Contact
- Select your contact in the list.
- Click [Prospect].
- Press <F7> to view previous contacts.
- Click [Add] to enter your comments.
- The "Contact Type" will pick up the Default Contact Type as set in the settings.
- Alter the contact type if necessary. Press <F1> or <Shift+F1> to scroll through your contact types.
- Enter your "Contact Notes" and, if necessary, amend the "Contact Date", "Type" and "Time".
Set Follow Up Details
