How do I opt prospects into direct marketing?

Whether or not a prospect is opted in to direct marketing is controlled by Prospect "Interests".

Go to " Sales Prospecting Add or Edit Prospects".

• Search for the prospect you want to opt in to marketing.
• Highlight the prospect on the list.
• Press <Ctrl+F7> to toggle whether or not the prospect is opted in to direct marketing.
  • A tick will be shown in the "Marketing" column once the prospect is opted in.
• If the prospect would only like to opt in to certain types of marketing:
  • Press <Alt+F8>, to open the Prospect "Interests" tab.
  • Here you can find specific interests to opt a prospect into 'SMS' or 'Email' marketing.
