How do I create an attribute category?

You can assign features to your Units, attributes to Stock, Customers and Suppliers, types to Workshop Jobs, and interests to Prospects. These are all types of attribute, and can be divided into categories.

• When creating or editing an attribute, click the [Settings] tab and then click into the "Category" field.
• Press <Ctrl+F1> to bring up the Category Search window.
• Click [Add] or press <F6> to create a new category.
• In the "Category" field, enter a unique code, up to three characters long.
• In the "Description" field, type a suitable description for the category.
• If you wish to make this category mandatory, click the [Settings] tab and set the "Mandatory?" to 'Yes'.
• Click [Close] and [Accept] to save the category.
