In Platinum there are various standard Menus which cannot be edited in the same way as a Custom Menu, however you may wish to add an extra item to the standard menu rather than having a separate custom menu.
First you will need to know the code for the standard menu to which you wish to add. Here is a list of some of these menus. If you cannot see the menu you require in the list, then please Contact your Platinum dealer or our support team on 0116 230 1500 or by using our website support contact page.
- 'SL00' - Sales Ledger Main Menu
- 'PL00' - Purchase Ledger Main Menu
- 'NL00' - Nominal Ledger Main Menu
- 'RP00' - Reports & Settings Main Menu
- 'ST00' - Stock Control Main Menu
- 'SO00' - Sales Ordering Main Menu
- 'PO00' - Purchase Ordering Main Menu
- 'WS00' - Workshop Management Main Menu
- 'VS00' - Unit Sales Main Menu
- 'SP00' - Sales Prospecting Main Menu
- 'PR00' - Payroll Main Menu
- 'PP00' - Personnel Planning Main Menu
- 'IM00' - Data Import
Create a custom menu (see here) with the same code as the Standard Menu, and the Custom Menu will be added to the Standard Menu.
 | If after doing this, you cannot see the extra item then check that the "Sequence" on the Custom Menu is set to zero. |
