How can I View Statistics for this Part?

Summary

The following article explains how to view statistics for a part number, such as sales history and profit summary.

Go to " Stock Control Add or Edit Stock Items".

Type in an existing part number or search for an item.
Highlight the part number in the list and press <Shift+F4>.
This will show you a statistics screen for the current stock depot you are working in.
- Details on this page include current stock information, last purchase information, a profit summary for the last 90 days and a sales history by month along with a graph of this sales information.
To see statistics for a different depot either enter the depot code in the "Depot" field or press <Ctrl+F1> to search for depots.
From this screen you can press <F6> to get a detailed breakdown of sales history of the item, <Shift+F6> to see a detailed breakdown of purchase history of the item, or <Ctrl+F6> to see a breakdown of adjustment history of the item.

You can also get to the Stock Statistics screen from any point where you can enter stock code.

Move the cursor to the stock code and press <Shift+F10> to open the "Stock Properties" window.
Press <Shift+F4> to open the "Stock Statistics" window.
