E07 - Material wage rate (Contract Costings Report Generator variable)

E07{1-10}
Description
If the material is a 'labour' category, this will return one of the ten possible wage rates which may be associated.
Parameters
- 1-10
- A numeric parameter that can be omitted (it defaults to "1").
- The number of the rate to extract.
Returns
A numeric value whose typical size is 8 digits plus 3 decimal places.
