How do I add options to a standard menu?

In Platinum there are various Standard Menu's these cannot be edited in the same way as a Custom Menu, however you may wish to add and extra item to this menu rather than having a separate custom menu.

First you will need to know the code for the standard menu you wish to add to, here is a list of some of these menu's if cannot see the menu in the list then please call support on 0116 230 1500.

• SL00 Sales Ledger Main Menu
• PL00 Purchase Ledger Main Menu
• NL00 Nominal Ledger Main Menu
• RP00 Reports & Parameters Main Menu
• ST00 Stock Control Main Menu
• SO00 Sales Ordering Main Menu
• PO00 Purchase Ordering Main Menu
• WS00 Workshop Management Main Menu
• VS00 Vehicle Sales Main Menu
• SP00 Sales Prospecting Main Menu
• PR00 Payroll Main Menu
• PP00 Personnel Planning Main Menu
• IM00 Data Import

Now if you create a custom menu see Here, with the same code as the Standard Menu with it will be added to the Standard Menu.

If after doing this you cannot see the extra Item then check that the "Sequence" on the custom menu is set to Zero
