When processing a sale for a vehicle it may be necessary to take a deposit. The following article explains the best way to do this.

" Systems Vehicle Sales Vehicle Reports Reports"
- Go to [Adjust report range]
- Set "New Vehicle?" to 'Y' for New vehicles Only, 'N' for Used vehicles Only or Leave Blank for all
- Set "Statuses Included" to 'STO' for In Stock vehicles
- Press Esc
- Go to [Valuation report]
This will show a report with the following columns:
Stk. No. Description New Colour Loc Stat Value
 | Tip: This report will default to showing you the result on-screen. If you require a print click the [Toggle Output] button on the report selection screen. |
