How can I convert a contact into an account?

Summary
This Article will talk you through converting a Contact into an Account in the Platinum software.
Additional Information
You will need to go to "Vehicle Sales" -> "Maintenance Options" -> "Add or Edit Contact".
- On the "Search On: " Type in the name of the contact that you wish convert into an Account.
- Press <F7> to Convert the contact.
- A screen will appear labelled "Contact to Account Conversion", and will be prompting for an "Account:". If an Account for this contact already exists, enter this here and press <F2> This will convert the Contact to that Account.
- If there is No account set-up already then leave the "Account:" blank and press <F2> and this will automatically generate the account code whilst converting the contact into an account.
