When creating vehicles from within the Unit Sales or Workshop systems, you save yourself a lot of time and effort (and potential keying mistakes) by using the [Lookup] button from within the vehicle data entry screens to populate your vehicle details from HPI.

For caravans this link can also look up details from CRiS (Caravan Registration and Identification Scheme).
