Setting the default location for workshop units

It is possible to set a default location for vehicles created whilst adding a workshop job.
More Information
There are three levels of default. The site default is the highest of these and will overwrite the other default workshop vehicle locations. The user level default will overwrite the system level default but not the site default. If the site default is spaces then the user default will be used. If the user default is spaces and the site default is spaces then the system default will be used. If no default has been set then the user will be prompted to enter the location information at the time of creating the vehicle. All of these defaults can be overwritten at the time of creating the vehicle.
Site Default
To set this default from the main menu go to "Reports & Parameters" -> "Maintenance Options" -> "System Administrator" -> "Site File Maintenance". Select the site whose default you want to set by using the search keys <F1>, <Shift+F1>, <Ctrl+F1>. Then use the page keys <F3>, <F4>, <F9> or the page down key to move to page 5 and press enter three times to move to the workshop vehicle site default parameter. Use the search keys to select a site a <Shift+F10> to create a new site.
User Default
To set this default from the main menu go to "Reports & Parameters" -> "Maintenance Options" -> "System Administrator" -> "User Maintenance". Use the page keys <F3>, <F4>, <F9> or the page down key to move to page 10 and press enter twice to move to the workshop vehicle site default parameter. Use the search keys to select a site or <Shift+F10> to create a new site.
System Default
To set this default from the main menu go to "Vehicle Sales" -> "Maintenance Options" -> "Parameters" -> "Vehicle Defaults". Press enter five times to move to the workshop vehicle site default parameter. Use the search keys to select a site or <Shift+F10> to create a new site.
