- Advisory type question - Pass, the check was satisfactory.

- Advisory type question - Advisory, the check indicated the need to advise the customer of a potential problem.

- Advisory type question - Urgent, the check indicated the need for urgent work to be done to rectify a problem.

- Advisory type question - Immediate, the check indicated a problem requiring immediate attention.

- RAG type question - Red.
