Viewing the Workshop Diary for multiple depots

This article explains how to view the diary for an alternative depot e.g. if you operate a multi-site business.

More Information

The Workshop Diary will display jobs per day for your default depot.

You may only view the diary for a specific depot at any time.

Go into " Workshop Workshop Diary".

• Your default diary will be displayed for your user.
• To view an alternative depot press <F9>.
• Enter the "Depot" to view and click [Close].
• Your view will now be of the depot specified.

Below the days of the week, and above the job list, you will see the date and depot you are viewing.
