How do I amend technician time records?

Summary

Using Real Time Labour/Employee Recording, you can record technician and employee activities. If there are mistakes made you may wish to amend their time records.

Technician Records

Go to " Workshop Maintenance Options Labour Activity Maintenance Add or Edit Attended Time"

• Enter the date range and click [Search].
• Select the record to edit and click [Edit].
• Correct the required fields.
• Click [Done].

Employee Records

Go to " " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator Module Settings" Personnel Planning Employee Activity Maintenance Add or Edit Attended Time"

• Enter the date range and click [Search].
• Select the record to edit and click [Edit].
• Correct the required fields.
• Click [Done].
