This article explains how to use your current Platinum invoice logo in Word for use as letter headed paper.

There are currently two popular versions of Office, Microsoft Office 2003 and Microsoft Office 2007, that are in general use.
Microsoft Office 2003 - Word 2003
- Open Word.
- Click " Insert Picture From File".
- This will open an "Insert Picture" browse box. Go to " My Computer" and then to the Platinum installation folder
- Here you will see a file called 'NAMEADD.PNG'. Click this file and click the [Insert] button. You will see the letterhead image appear.
- Click " File Save As" and enter a suitable file name.

- Select a location for the file to save to in the "Save In" at the top of the "Save As" window, so you can find it again easily.
Microsoft Office 2007 - Word 2007
- Open Word.
- Click " Insert Picture".
- This will open an " Insert Picture" browse box. Go to " My Computer" and then go to the Platinum installation folder e.g. 'P:\Sx\SXCO1'.
- Here you will see a file called 'NAMEADD.PNG'. Click this file and click the [Insert] button. You will see the letterhead image appear.
- Click " File Save As" and enter a suitable file name

- Select a location for the file to save to in the "Save In" at the top of the "Save As" window, so you can find it again easily.
