Summary
This article explains how to create a new vehicle by copying an existing one.
More Information
You may copy an existing vehicle record to save time on entry. For example when a previously sold vehicle returns in part exchange.
This option is most suitable for creating records for used vehicles.
Go to " Unit Sales Add or Edit Vehicles".
- Press [Add] to create a new record.
- Press <F2> to get the next available stock code (Automatically Generated number).
- Press <Ctrl+F10>.
- Enter the "Stock number" of the vehicle to copy.
 | If you need to search for the vehicle press <Ctrl+F1> to use the vehicle search. |
- Click [Yes] to confirm you wish to copy the vehicle.
- All relevant data will be copied.
- Click [Done] and [Accept] to save the vehicle record.
