Summary
This article explains how to set different selling prices for stock items between individual sites.

You can choose to create and log in to a different site. When doing this, you can link a stock price to a site so that when you log in there, the prices for that site are pulled up by default. This can be useful when you may have stores spread across different locations where prices will differ.
