Summary

When you have chosen your Pension Provider for Auto Enrolment you will need to decide how to provide them with your pension contribution information.

• If you wish to upload a file to 'NOW Pensions' please click here.
• If you wish to complete a Macro Enabled a file for 'NEST' please click here.

Manual Entry

You will need to add the Pensions Contributions report to your End of Period reports menu.

• Go to " Payroll Payroll Parameters/Maintenance Payroll Parameters Report Details End of Period".
• Move down the "Type" column to the next free line.
• Type 'S' and press <CR>.
• In the "Code" column enter 'AUT'.
• Press <CR> and press <Esc> to exit the screen.

If 'Pension Contributions' does not appear under the "Procedure Name" column you may need to run a Platinum Software update to load the report into your system. Click here for instructions on downloading and running an update.
