This article explains what the "Stk Flag" in the "General stock depot" Section of a Stock Code means and what the various options related to it do.

Go to " Systems Stock Control Add and Edit Stock Codes".
- In the "General Stock Depot" section of the stock code you will see the "Stk Flag" next to the "Max stock Level" field.
- This field can be set one of 4 ways outlined below and controls how a stock codes restocking will be dealt with as it is sold.
- 'Never' - Never stock the item
- 'Always' - Always stock the item
- 'Fixed' - Leave reorder and maximum levels fixed at their current values
- 'None' - indicates that the levels are completely free to be automatically optimised.
- Once this is set the way you require it press <Esc> and click [Accept] or click [Done] to save the details.
