How do I disable options for Platinum Online?

Summary

If you have a report or chart that always takes too long to render for Platinum Online (more than one minute) and you would like to disable this from the Platinum Online menus follow the instructions below.

More Information

Platinum Online makes your reports, charts available anywhere you have a smart phone with an internet connection. If the report or charts takes longer than one minute to complete your request will time out.

Goto " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options Add or Edit Custom Menus".

• Find the menu that has the report on it.
• Navigate to the report on that menu.
• Choose 'No' for "Online:" for that report, the report will now be excluded from Platinum Online.

The "Online:" option will need to be disabled on 'all' menus that link to that report.
