Why does the CRM show only recent activity?

The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) listing for a long term customer or supplier only shows a few details of recent activity.
You know you've had more contact with them than that. Where's the rest of it?
In order to present the most relevant information in the shortest time, the CRM initially shows only activity from the past year.
- <Alt+F1> will return the display to show just the past year.
- You can extend this range up to 3, 5 and 7 years by clicking on the [3], [5] or [7] buttons at the top of the screen. Alternatively you can press <Alt+F3>, <Alt+F5>, and <Alt+F7> respectively.
Please be aware of course that the time taken to gather this information will increase proportionally. |
