Summary
The following article explains how you can work out the excluding V.A.T. price of a stock item without having to revert to using a calculator.
More Information
In Platinum, in any field where you can enter a price, there is a function key you can press to remove the V.A.T. from it.
All stock items in Platinum must be stored exclusive of V.A.T. |
- Anywhere where you can get to a stock item properties, with the cursor in the "Standard Selling Price:" field or "Std Cost Price:" field, once you have entered in a V.A.T. inclusive figure, pressing <F2> will remove the V.A.T. element.
To quickly get into the properties of a stock item, press <Shift-F10.> from any stock code |
