You will need to uninstall your current installation of PDF995 and reinstall the latest version from the PDF995 Website.
Uninstalling
Go to " Start Control Panel Add\Remove Programs".
- Find PDF995 in the list and click [Uninstall].
- Follow the steps in the uninstall wizard.

PLEASE NOTE: If your PDF995 software starts to display advertising boxes after the reinstall it will need to be re-licensed.
