You can save multiple addresses against one customer.

Order Processing
Orders use the default delivery address for the customer as its address. This can be changed using one of the selection options below or a free-type address may be entered. Any free-type addresses may be saved for future use by pressing <F3>.
Stock Control
The delivery address for a stock invoice is entered at the "Document Control" screen. Addresses can be input by using one of the selection options below or a free-type address may be entered. Any free-type addresses may be saved for future use by pressing <F3>.
Delivery Addresses
Selection
To use an existing addresses as the delivery address, from the "Delivery Address":
- Press <F1> to scroll forwards through the delivery addresses for the customer.
- Press <Shift+F1> to scroll backwards through the delivery addresses for the customer.
- Press <Ctrl+F1> to search for and choose a delivery address.
- Press <F2> to use the customer's invoice address as the delivery address.
Amendment
To edit the delivery addresses, go to "Stock Control" -> "Maintenance Options" -> "Delivery Address Maintenance"
- Enter any search criteria and press [Search] or <F2> to search for delivery address.
- Choose the delivery address you want to amend by highlighting it on the list and then pressing [Edit] or <F5>.
- Make the changes you want to the delivery address then press [Done] followed by [Accept] to save them.
Not Enough Space
It is possible to run out of space for new delivery addresses for an account. If this happens you will be presented with a warning when you try to save a new address. To make space for new addresses, go to the "Delivery Address Maintenance" option as explained above. From there you can delete addresses you no longer need. You are able to tag multiple addresses by highlighting them on the list and pressing <T> and delete them all in one go.
