Summary
If you pay your workshop technicians bonuses based on the amount of hours they log\charge for you may need a report to output this information for a range of dates. The following article explains how to do so.

Report Options
This will take you to a range screen with the following options
Depot
This option allows you to run the report for your different workshop stock depots, should you have them
Screen or Printer
This option allows you to show the report results on screen or to a printed copy.
 | Tip: You will get a more detailed report if the results are sent to a print. |
Labour Rate Breakdown
It is possible to see a breakdown of labour total that is on the report if this option is left to 'N' by changing this option to 'Yes'.
| Tip: The Labour Rate breakdown can only be included if the results are sent to a print. |
DataPrompt|Labour Codes From\To
Use this option to restrict the report results to 1 particular or a range of labour Codes.
| Tip: If you wish to see all the labour codes, leave this filter Blank. |
Date From\To
Use this option to restrict the report results to 1 particular or a range of Dates.
| Tip: If you wish to see all jobs, leave this filter Blank. |
Job Numbers from\To
Use this option to restrict the report results to 1 particular or a range of Job Numbers.
| Tip: If you wish to see all the job numbers, leave this filter Blank. |
