Summary

The following article explains how you can use the system to report on any documents you have set to "Hold" on the system.

More Information

Go to " Accounts Reports & Settings Reports Held Document Reports"

  • You can set the "Report To" Field can be set to show the results on Screen ('S') or to Printer ('P').
  • The "Ledger" Field allows you to Choose between Sales ledger invoices ('S') or Purchase Ledger invoices ('P').
  • At "Account", type in the customer's account code if known, or search for a customer. If left Blank this will show all accounts
  • On the "Hold Expiring From\To" you can use this to restrict the report to any date you like. If left blank this will show all transactions on all dates.
  • When you have entered all the filters you need press <F2> to produce the report.
