The following article explains how to remove any unwanted delivery addresses attached to accounts from your system.

Go to " Systems Stock Control Maintenance Options Delivery Address Maintenance."

  • Next Type in the customer account in the "Customer" field and press <Enter>.
Tip: A good way of finding a customers account code if you don't know it is to type part of the customer surname into the following, account code, field. Or you can search for the customer here using the magnifying glass icon.
  • This will show you a list of all delivery addresses stored against this account.
  • To remove an address left click to high the address and then click the [Remove] Button.
  • The System will ask you to confirm the removal, If you are happy to remove them click the [Accept] otherwise click [Ignore].
