How do I get a unit valuation?

This article explains how to get a current valuation of your vehicle stock.

More Information

Go to " Systems Unit Sales Vehicle Reports Reports".

• Choose [Adjust Report Range].
• Set "New Vehicle?" to 'Y' for New vehicles only, 'N' for Used vehicles only or leave this blank for all vehicles.
• Set "Statuses Included" to your "In Stock" status (usually 'STO').
• Press <Esc>.
• Choose [Valuation Report].

This will show a report with the following columns:

Stk. No.     Description    New   Colour            Loc Stat      Value

This report will default to showing you the result on-screen. If you require a print, click the [Toggle Output] button on the Report Selection screen.

Click here to produce a Valuation at a specific date.
