How do I view my dashboards?

Summary

Platinum Dashboards show you sales transactions for the current month in chart format.

More Information

They are accessible from within Platinum itself but also via Platinum Online. This feature allows you to keep an eye on your sales figures whilst you are away from your business.

Dashboards via Platinum

Go into the relevant module e.g. to see Workshop Sales go to " Workshop" then select " Workshop Dashboard" or " Technician Dashboard".

• The chart will default to the current month.
• Use the drop down menus to alter the data being reported on then click [Update].

Dashboards via Platinum Online

• Log into your Platinum Online account as explained here.
• From the "Sidebar" options, select the relevant option e.g. "Accounts", "Stock", "Vehicles" or "Wprkshop".
• Select the "Dashboard".
