This article explains how to create additional sites, which are used when logging in to Platinum.

You can log on to a specific site, which is chosen when entering your credentials. This is useful if you have depots or other business locations elsewhere. Site logons can be used for reporting or managing separate prices on stock items.
Creating Sites
- Go to " Systems Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator Add or Edit Sites".
- From here you can browse existing sites. Simply type a new 'Site Code' to create a new entry and then you can fill in the general details and use the other pages to adjust any other details such as 'Default Stock Depot, Sales Account, Price Code Override' and others.
Once saved this site will be available when logging in to Platinum, simply select or enter the site code into the 'Site' box to log on using it.
