The following article explains how to customise the default colours that are used widely in the system.

List Colours
These colours are used to indicate the difference between list items or tasks to the user, you can change the colour of the background and the text and are editable from
" Systems Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator System Colours List and System Colours".
Ok - Can Do
This colour indicates to a user that there is nothing wrong with an item or task and he is able to proceed.
The colour code is 'STA'
An example of where this is used is:
- " Stock Control Point of Sale"
- " Purchase Order Processing Sales Order Link"
Problem - Can't Do
This colour indicates to a user that there is a problem with an item or task that requires his attention.
The colour code is 'STB'
An example of where this is used is:
- " Stock Control Point of Sale"
- " Purchase Order Processing Sales Order Link"
OK - Done
This colour indicates to a user that the process that corresponds to the item or task has been completed.
The colour code is 'STD'
An example of where this is used is:
- " Purchase Order Processing Sales Order Link"
Overridden
This colour indicates to a user that an automatic process has been overridden by a user.
The colour code is 'STO'
An example of where this is used is:
- " Stock Control Point of Sale"
Due in Future
This colour indicates to a user that they are not required to take any action on this item or task at this time.
The colour code is 'TM1'
An example of where this is used is:
- " Sales Prospecting Contacts Due"
Due Now
This colour indicates to a user that action on the item or task is due at this time.
The colour code is 'TM2'
An example of where this is used is:

Overdue
This colour indicates to a user that the item or task is overdue and requires their attention.
The colour code is 'TM3'
An example of where this is used is:
Long Overdue
This colour indicates to a user that the item or task is long overdue and requires their urgent attention.
The colour code is 'TM4'
An example of where this is used is:

System Colours
These are different from List Colours as you can only edit the colour of the text the background colour is fixed. These are edit from " Systems Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator System Colours List and System Colours".
Very Bad
This colour is to show that it is Very Bad and urgent action is needed.
The colour code is 'DLD'
An example of where this is used is:
- " Workshop Service/MOT"
Bad
This colour is used to indicate if an item is Bad and action is needed straight away.
The colour code is 'DLC'.
An example of where this is used is:
- " Workshop Service/MOT"
Ok
This colour is used to indicate that Ok but action may be needed soon.
The colour code is 'DLB'.
An example of where this is used is:
- " Workshop Service/MOT"
Good
This Colour is used to indicate Good and no action is required
The colour code is 'DLA'.
