Creating a unit analysis code

This article explains how to add analysis codes for vehicles. This can allow for better categorisation in reporting.
More Information
Go to " Systems Unit Sales Add and Edit Vehicles".
- This will take you to a search screen. Press <F6> or click the [New] button to add a new vehicle.
Tip: Or you can type in part of a registration number or vehicle model code or description to find an existing vehicle. |
- Click on the [Details] Tab.
- Click in one of the "Analysis" code boxes.
Note: The box that you choose is significant. You can have the same character in more than one box meaning different things. For example, a code of 'D' in "Analysis Code 1" could signify Demonstrator. Having a code of 'D' in "Analysis Code 2" could signify Destroyed. |
- Type a 1 Character code that relates to the analysis you require.
- Press <Shift+F10>. This will take you to the "Vehicle Analysis Amendment" screen.
- Type a "Description" for the "Analysis Code".
- Press <Esc> and click [Accept].
