Adding new unit features

Details
Vehicle Features are pre-defined fitted equipment/items/extras/features that are on vehicles, these can be printed off on your Vehicle Data Sheets, listed on Report Generator Reports and they are also uploaded to the Catalyst FindIt website.
- Because they are pre-defined you don't have spelling mistakes, duplicates and there entry is quick and easy.
Administration
Go to " Unit Sales Maintenance Options Vehicle Features".
Adding
- Press the [Add] button.
- Enter the feature "Code:" and "Description:".
- The [Parameters] tab will allow you to change the category of the feature (what type of vehicle this feature is linked to).
- Press the [Save] button and confirm the changes.
Editing
- To edit an existing Feature, enter part of the description (or code if known) in to the "Filter On:" and press [Search].
- Choose the one to edit from the list with the [Edit] button.
- Make your changes.
- The [Parameters] tab will allow you to change the category of the feature (what type of vehicle this feature is linked to or whether you wish it to be Internal i.e. not shown on your web uploads).
- Press the [Save] button and confirm the changes.
These features will now appear in the [Features] tab of your " Add or Edit Vehicles" option.
