Summary

The following article shows you how to transfer parts from Triumph Online into Platinum.

More Information

  • Once you have logged in, click the <EPC> link at the top of the page.
  • Select the bike model you wish to find parts for.
  • Locate the parts that you need, right-click with the mouse and in the "Req" field, indicate the quantity of parts you require.
  • When done, click <Add to Basket>
  • Continue this process until you have all the items you need in the basket.
  • Now click <Current Basket>
  • Before going any further, you need to give the basket a reference of your choice (this is not used within Platinum)
  • Now cleck <Export Basket>
  • Save the file to 'C:\EPC' and give it a filename of 'ORDER.TXT'
  • You can now close the basket as we are done with Triumph Online.
  • Now switch to Platinum.

Anywhere in Platinum where you can add parts to can now gain access automatically the file you previously saved in the above steps.

Pulling items onto a workshop jobcard will be used in the following example, however the function key to do this will work anywhere you can add parts.

  • Go to Workshop -> "Workshop Diary"
  • Search for a relevant workshop job.
  • Select the invoice items tab.
  • Press <Alt+F6>. This adds to the invoice all of the parts created in your basket from Triumph Online.
