Are document formats configurable?

Summary

Most document formats in Platinum are configurable.

More Information

All document configuration is done in " Report & Parameters".

Go to " Report & Parameters Maintenance Options System Administrator Amend Document Formats".

• Select the system and document you want to amend.
• Place the required tokens on the page.
• After you have written the document format, save the document layout.
  • At this point some documents have to be 'compiled' (this allows for faster document printing) - you will be given the chance to compile the document, test it or edit it again.
• Next time you print the document you have amended, it will use the newly created layout.
