Summary
This article explains how to add items to custom menus, such as programmes, report generator reports, data import templates and macros.

Creating a New Menu
- Press [Add] or <F6>.
- At "Menu", type a code for the menu. You have five characters for this.
- At "Name", type a description of the menu. This will be what you see on the menus.
Adding to an Existing Menu
- At "Menu Items", press [Add].
- At "Type", choose from the available types below.
Menu Types
Program
- Choose 'Program'.
- At "Item", enter the full or part of the program name followed by <Enter> or search for the program you want using <Ctrl+F1>.
Report Generator Reports
- Choose 'Report'.
- At "Item" at the top dropdown list, choose the system from which the report you want is located.
- At "Item" at the bottom dropdown list, choose whether the report you want is a 'User' or 'System' report.
- At "Item" to the right of the bottom dropdown list, enter the three character code for the report. You can search for available reports here using <Ctrl+F1>.
Data Import Templates
- Choose 'Data Import'.
- At "Item", enter the code for the data import template you want. You can search for codes here using <Ctrl+F1>.
Macros
- Choose 'Macro'.
- At "Item", use the <Ctrl+F1> search to find the macro you want to use.
Shortcuts
- Choose 'Shortcut'.
- At "Item", enter the whole or part of the description of the shortcut you want followed by <Enter>. You can search for available shortcuts here using <Ctrl+F1>.
Saving Changes
Press <Esc> or [Done] to exit. Click [Accept] to save your changes.
