Summary
At times it maybe useful to know what the value of your current vehicle stock (for Just new vehicles, just used vehicles or both). The following article explains the best way to do this.
More Information
" Systems Vehicle Sales Vehicle Reports Reports"
- Go to [Adjust report range]
- Set "New Vehicle?" to 'Y' for New vehicles Only, 'N' for Used vehicles Only or Leave Blank for all
- Set "Statuses Included" to 'STO' for In Stock vehicles
- Press Esc
- Go to [Valuation report]
This will show a report with the following columns:
Stk. No. Description New Colour Loc Stat Value
Tip: This report will default to showing you the result on-screen. If you require a print click the [Toggle Output] button on the report selection screen. |
