Setting the government gateway credentials

The following article explains how to set your Government Gateway ID so that you can submit your V.A.T. returns and Payroll information online.

More Information

Go to " Reports & Parameters Maintenance Options System Administrator System Parameters".

• Go into " General Security Parameters".
• In the "Government Gateway User ID", enter your supplied User ID.
• In the "Government Gateway Password", enter your supplied Gateway Password.
• Press <Esc> to exit from here.

If you want to file V.A.T. Returns online directly from Platinum, you will need to enter your V.A.T. Registration Number.

• Go into " V.A.T. Parameters".
• In "V.A.T. Registration No", enter your V.A.T. number.
• Press <Esc> to exit out of the system parameters.
